Note that the following files are of two types. The first is an Adobe Acrobat PDF file which requires the Acrobat Reader to be attached to your WEB browser. This enables you to view and print the page exactly as the page designer meant it to look. Please see here to get the Reader and other information on the software.

The other 'CSV' files are formatted in comma delimited format for direct loading as EXCEL or LOTUS spreadsheets (do a File-Open-(select 'csv' as file extension)). On PCs just press "shift- left mouse button" to copy the file to an appropriate sub-directory on your hard-disk. These files are small, ranging in size from 1 to 2 Kb, so will be quick to download. Appropriate notes are on the bottom of each table.
